Contact, Co-ordination and Supervision of all suppliers -Printers, Stand Constructors, Interpreters etc. Computer data processing is available for the needs of the congress - lists of names in alphabetical order etc.
During the Congress
Hospitality desks at the airports and the Congress hotel, Registration and Information desk at the congress venue, Secretariat handling and support, flower decoration and signage of the congress venue, selection of security and additional staff to cover the extra needs of the congress.
Tourist Services
Consultation on the choice of the venue. Site inspections. Travel & accommodation arrangements for Invited Speakers, participants and accompanying persons. Arrangements and reservations for pre and post congress tours, private tours by mini vans or limousine and arrangements for all social events, from coffee breaks to the Gala Dinner. Shuttle bus services if required.

Consultation on the creative work and editing and printing of all congress material (i.e. First Announcement, Posters, Abstract Forms, Preliminary and Final Programme, letterheads, Invitations, Certificates, Badges etc.)
Promotion
Press Conferences and Press Releases, Advertising in the Media of same or similar field as well as in our web site in Internet, Poster announcements in related organizations (e.g. Hospitals, other societies, organizations), distribution of first announcement at other congresses of similar interest organized locally or abroad.
Exhibition - Sponsorships - Public Relations
Consultation on selecting the exhibition space, designing the Floor plan and establishing the Stand and Sponsorship prices. Construction of stands. Printing and mailing of Exhibitors/Sponsors Prospectus to selected companies and organizations. Contacts and follow up with companies and Public Authorities for exploring sponsorship opportunities.
Abstract handling, communication and correspondence with Abstract Authors and Invited Speakers, supervision of the Final Programme and Abstract Book printing process.
Consultation on the selection of mailing lists. Preparation of envelopes, mailing of required congress material and follow up in order to ensure maximum participation.
Technical Support
State of the art equipment required for the congress can be provided, including PCs, printers, fax machines photocopiers, audiovisual and interpretation systems, which in combination with high professional technical support ensure the success of your event.
Financial support
